Just popping in to check out the new board...I'm very new to all of this and only recently joined the old board about two weeks ago. The new board looks nice and the registration was easy. Thank you, Dr. McDougall! I have just started changing over to eating the McDougall way and have some McDougall books ordered and on their way to me...can't wait.

I had to laugh at the post about calling all groundhogs...I hope "groundhog" finds the way here without any problems!
