Tofu Sour Cream

Ingredients
12.3 Ounce Package
Silken tofu
2 Tbsp
Lemon juice
2 Tsp
Sugar
Dash
Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.
