Broccoli Mushroom Sauce

Directions
1 Saute the vegetables in 1/2 cup of the water for 15 minutes. Add the seasonings and the rest of the water. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Mix in the cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until thickened.
2 Serve over potatoes or grains.
