After purchasing a downloadable item, you will find a link to download your file(s) on your receipt page during purchase. This link can also be located in your confirmation email. You have 24 hours to download the files, after that, the link is disabled. So, don’t delay.
E-books, and other digital content are available as a downloadable file, stored in a ZIP file. The ZIP file contains the MP3 (audio), MP4 (video) or PDF (e-book). The ZIP file must be downloaded and unzipped (extract your files). Then you can open your PDF, with a free PDF reader. Audio and Video file formats should be handled automatically by your computer. The ZIP file may contain multiple files & folders.
ZIP files are a way to pack and transmit multiple files into one easy-to-download file. Most PCs will automatically open a ZIP file. Other computers, such as Mac, uses a similar format called Stuffit Expander (it’s free). Most ZIP utilities are available for free; and may already be on your computer.
