Celebrating 1000 pounds lost

Postby Letha. » Fri Aug 07, 2009 9:00 am

For those of you who don’t usually read the MWL threads, I just want to brag that our group has reported losing over 1000 pounds since the first of the year.

Great group of folks! :-D

I just looked at that thread, and it looks like about 20-30 people have contributed to that number. That averages out to 33-50 pounds apiece! Wow! That's awesome!

It is a wonderful group. We just keep pushing eachother right along one pound at a time.

Woot! I mean, Woot!

I haven't been posting on the August thread, but I'm really happy for all the losers!

Thanks to Dr. McDougall, there's less of more of us now!

That is really great! :D
If I ever transition all the way to MWL then I can add myself to it for the next 1,000 pounds.

Many in our MWL group are not totally MWL, many do regular McDougall. Anyone who just wants extra support and friendship is welcome to join us. Also, we love hearing from the very healthy McDougallers who don't have weight to lose, and are healthy role models for us! Take care, LauraA

Your MWL forum is such a great addition to the Board, and for the McDougall Program.
