Breakfast: grits, apple butter and black coffee
Lunch: pizza no cheese or meat(mushrooms, onion and peppers) water, apple
Dinner: tacos ( no meat or cheese)corn tortillas, lettuce ,tomatoes, onions, salsa, and tvp taco meat, black beans, corn and rice, and ice tea
It has been a very rough week and I don't think it is going to get better. I have been unwell and unable to recover so far. I have been to doctor twice and planning another visit. I am still working but I am exhausted by the pain and may have to take some time off if things don't get better. My food plan has been a little off due to the fact I do not feel like fussing with anything .I just eat what ever is easy. Thank god I cleaned out my cupboards and freezer of all the crap, so it isn't to bad. I guess I will find out if it made a difference on Friday when I weigh myself.
