So new to this. Bought the book because I need to get my weight and health under control. So far day one has been pretty good. Found parchment paper works really good instead of oil when roasting Potatoes. Salad was okay but I did miss the creamy salad dressing but that’s okay I’ll get used to not having it. Maybe next time I’ll try lemon juice instead of the vinegar I used. I’m a little sore from exercising but in a good way. So far day one is going great.
So my weight is 185 lbs.
My goal weight is 120 lbs.
I’m looking forward to doing this.

Hi Tamora and welcome! I just wanted to suggest that I will mix beans up with lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to get a creamy dressing. You could also water down some oil free hummus! We are rooting for you!
