I've been roasting vegetables this week. They are so good! Today I plan to roast beets, carrots, celery, and cabbage. Doesn't that sound good? Yesterday I put it over brown rice and added a little Maple Grove FF Dijon dressing. So simple and so very good.

this is a great idea. Hold each other accountable.
I wonder if we can do it on the MWL weigh in forum.
