JOURNALI turned 44 years old today, and I have to say that I’m in the best shape of my adult life. Aside from my chronic pain from CRPS I have basically no complaints or ailments, and even the pain has become much more mild and manageable for the most part. I am certainly very thankful to Dr. McDougall and Jeff Novick for spreading the word regarding this WOE and I’m especially grateful to have such an excellent online community of support. It’s a bit funny, I’ve been eating MWL for so long, that my big birthday “treat” today was buying Green Mountain Gringo Salsa to eat, instead of making my own! I will probably also “treat” myself to some banana nice cream tomorrow morning!
