Actual:
B: sweet potatoes (mom wanted me to come over and play cards, so I took raw sweet potatoes with me and nuked them in her microwave (we don't have one)
S: rice crackers, a peach

but I ate a ton of it)
D: lentil/rice loaf wasn't great; made szechuan eggplant, brown rice, peas -- still not great. Ended up eating a bowl of soup just to get something I actually liked. I ate a lot more calories than I do when I'm eating simply. Maybe the lesson is to just stick with simple foods for now -- baked starches, fresh veggies/fruits, soup.
