Er... I'd be happy to join and post my losses and gains, but I'm not really on the MWL plan. I am in transition between a SAD diet and the McDougall diet. My goal is to shift toward the McDougall diet full-time, but right now it is probably 80-20... maybe 90-10 on a good week.
So, I'm not really sure I should be posting here (that's why I started my journal!), but I'll stop by to cheer everybody on!
