OK, apologies to the group for ruining your lovely stats this week but after 8 weeks of summer holidays, we all knew this wasn't going to be pretty
I've put on
3 pounds over the summer (which is one pound for each trip I was on, so not as bad as it could have been). Big grocery shopping trip today and I have started to plan for the week ahead in terms of meals. The biggest change ahead is that I've gone bread crazy over the holidays.
Scotland used to be a bit of a food desert for Germans like me and it's only fairly recently that there is a really nice choice of fresh rolls and loaves (rather than that white mush you can really only eat toasted) and I feel my brain thought it necessary to make up for
18 years of missed opportunities. However, starting next week my main focus will be to get rid of rolls, banish the bread, and havoid the hummus.
Hopefully, I'll be able to contribute with
a decent loss next week. Have a great week everybody,
