Great job everyone! For those of us who have compliance issues, I challenge for this last week in August NO EXCUSES! Not one bite of any off plan food, even a little oil! No matter MWL or regular starch solution, sometimes we make small exceptions thinking they are small, but at the end of the week, those small exceptions add up. And sometimes depending on many exceptions made that week, they sure can add up to a lot. And besides the scale, it harms the insides of our bodies. Causes inflammation and harms our hearts. So challenge yourself to absolutely nothing off plan, not even a bite!
