I'm happy that it's going so well!! And I definitely know what you mean about weight loss not really matching the decreased volume of your body, as the same thing happened to me. In my case I think it was inflammation was decreasing so my body volume decreased at a more rapid pace than my weight loss would seem to suggest.
Vis a vis the increased hunger, I have, and I've definitely read that others have, found that we do usually need a snack if we aren't pounding food at mealtimes. I am either going to be eating a big lunch and/or dinner or have a snack during the afternoon.
About the fatigue not being there, I am so happy you got over it! Again, I don't know if you were the same, but in my case I think my body was like
"What are you doing to me!?" for a few weeks, and then went, "Oh, okay, I get it now, I'm receiving zero fatty foods and a lot of starchy foods. Got it." So perhaps it was really that you had an adjustment period you had to go through, as well as the amount of fruit you were eating initially. It's awesome that you're doing so well!!
