yesterday I got home super late and instead of having dinner I just had a piece of toast :/ not exactly MWL but oh well, todays a new day! B - steel cut oats, banana L - 1/2 baked potato, steamed broccoli, 1/2 can of Amy's Lentil Soup S - Baby raw carrots D - Spagetti for the BF (cause I didn't make it last night) and I have to get to night classes so I might just eat a potato/broccoli before hand and have an apple in class, its 5 hours and I get real hungry
