Curious guy that I am, I went and checked out more about BMI classes and sub-classes.

Darn it all, Kirk, now I got curious and looked up BMI classes in Wikipedia and found out I'm still obese in Japan and Singapore!! Boo, hiss!

I guess I'm not going there any time soon!

You are AMAZING!! Sorry that you are having to deal with stressful things, but happy that you are finding your way to a healthier place. You inspire me greatly! I hope that you are able to resolve some of the stressful issues in your life so that you can smoothly sail into the next set of numbers. You are SO close to the 200's. Amazing!! :)

I had to get my son's birth certificate from NY. If her adoptive parents are available and have all the info, they may be able to do it online. I ordered two this time and I saved them so they don't get lost! You have to give the place of birth, the maiden name, etc, ss number, hospital of birth and a whole bunch of info...but maybe it will work? The mother or father, or maybe adoptive parents with the right paperwork can fill out the forms.

I wish I could help. I don't understand why this is all so hard. How frustrating. Your doing great weight wise despite the stress, when most people would have ate the stress. I know I would have in the past. Thanks for the updates, love hearing from you

Kirk, you are doing so well with your weight loss! I am sorry that you and Jeannette are going through such agonies over an ID, and I hope you will win soon!

Hey Kirk,

It sounds like you have a lot going on and much of it difficult. I'm sorry to hear that. How's the McDougall program going?
