I always had a problem with my back. Cleaned up nicely on this diet but I can't pinpoint what the offending agent was. I guess it was more of an annoyance than a serious problem, but it's these little things that make you appreciate the progress. So whether it was the dairy, fats or oils, whatever, I'm glad to see the improvement in my skin. Like my arteries, it was inflammation of some sort that was manifesting itself.
