I have found myself slipping back into eating unhealthy food and I need accountability. Going to start a food log here. Wish me luck!
Hoping to get back and stay on track! My destiny is in my dinner (and lunch and breakfast!) not my DNA.Time to put on my big girl pants!

Food log: oatmeal, beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, pomegranate, blueberries, strawberries, flax seed, hemp seed, greens, balsamic vinegar, chili, walnuts, greens, balsamic vinegar, 4.5 ginger snaps (Chef AJ recipe), apple, beet hummus, celery, cucumbers, carrots, salad, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, cashew based dressing, beans,
walked 40 minutes ( 2.5 miles)
