7am - Walk for 1 hour
B - Coffee, 1 Splenda, 2 t sugar, 2 hazelnut creamer
Oatmeal w/ blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup
L - Chipotle bowl w/ sofritas, white rice, black beans, grilled vegetables, salsa, lettuce
Tortilla chips
D - Vegetable soup
15 bean soup over rice
Observations:
Working to cut out the Splenda, then will work to cut down the sugar. I will never drink black coffee or unsweetened tea, but I will work to make it not so sweet.
Asked my daughter to buy the chipotle bowl. I did not order sour cream, cheese, or guacamole on my Chipotle bowl.
(Little victories). I didn’t think to tell her not to get the chips. She knows I would normally get them. That will have to be a victory for another day.
I don’t really have a problem going to the bathroom, but all the extra fiber from the veggies and beans has made it easier.
