My husband jumped into this with me and is really supportive .He really isn't over weight but his cholesterol isn't that great and he has really high blood pressure . So today I tried to make his favorite dish mac and cheese today . For being vegetable based it was pretty good. I will tweak it a little and I think it will be better. I didn't have much breakfast this morning but I got up late with a bad head ache.

Not a great day . It proves to me I am going to have to plan better when I go back to work. Not a lot out there to eat that fits in to the program. They always put oil or butter on it or coat it in sugar. I have a few more weeks to figure this out.
