Actual:
B: While prepping fat-free hummus and cut-up veggies for a work party, I ate a pear and some cut-up veggies (bell pepper, carrot, pickled daikon)
L:
(along with some curried chickpeas)
S: veggies and fat-free hummus
(also had a hard candy for a sore-ish throat, but it's not a trigger food for me, and I had one small piece, so I am not taking away my thumbsup for it)
D:
S: Engine 2 burger w/ketchup; grapes
