Sacto-bob, years ago, hosted an informal challenge: 30 days unprocessed. I followed it, along with the thread about whether refried beans are processed or not
and FINALLY got below 190. I'm thinking about doing something along those lines for myself. Just set the rule "Nothing Processed" and start following it.
See what happens. I'm pretty unhappy with myself, being unable to stay away from ... stuff ... eggs, white flour products, cravings for salty grease tidbits (tortilla chips that triggered me SO bad yesterday. It was awful. i couldn't turn it off and it bugged me all day long)
What does it freaking take? How do I get to that place of just DOING THIS PLAN without so many stinking hiccups and wanderings...?
