Good morning. I was a little lax with exercising over the weekend. Today is a new start:

Walk 30 minutes, strength training machines (3 sets of 10)

Actually, after my therapy for my shoulder, I am not going to the gym for the machines. So, think that'll be enough for me today.

45 minute walk to work in the rain

Will probably get in at least 30 min additional walking this evening.

Just got done a 3.2mi walk on my treadmill, still sweatin' as I type...yay, a cold shower awaits me, that's truly a reward for my hard work :)

Raking, raking and oh, raking... The wind did a job on my already raked yard last night. :-D Good workout though. Also took the dog for a walk.
