S - smoothie (banana-pecans-peach-almond milk)
L - steamed brown rice, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, scallions, kale

D - salad, marinated artichokes-mushrooms, yam slaw (just grating, adding some raisins, celery, rice vinegar, celery seed, salt/cayenne to taste, a little agave nectar)
