I'm doing a 30 day #noscale #noweigh challenge... We're about 25 days in so far.

It was super hard at first. I had to hide it under a dresser so I wouldn't see it each day. It was like a physical craving wanting to get on that scale. I had been weighing at least 4 or 5 times a week... You really can get addicted to it

But now that I've been doing it over 3 weeks I'm getting more comfortable with it. I do feel it's healthier. I used to not drink any fluids in the morning until I weighed in, and that could be hours... So now I get up and drink lots of water right away and that just feels so much healthier for me...

Still sticking to plan.. Lots of potatoes, veggies, and rice...

Well, as I get closer to goal the weight loss is slowing down.. but it's still happening...

Almost out of "overweight" and into "normal"

Today I tried a workout for my back. I have been having back pain since my vacation in November. Ii started going to a chiropractor and massage therapy and it is definitely helping, but I need to do stuff at home, too
