Good morning. Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far.....

B - country potatoes, onions, green & red peppers, brown gravy, 'sausage'
S - cocoa-banana-honeydew-flax-almond milk smoothie
L - spaghetti squash, marinara sauce, mushrooms, chick peas
S - pomegranate
D - salad, McD creamy garlic dressing, McD hot and sour soup with added spinach & mushrooms

L- Roasted potatoes

D- Big salad, green beans w/rice

Snack- berries

Drink- water :-D

B - pan fried potato with onion

L - coleslaw with apple slices, baked beans over brown rice

D - mock tuna salad on bed of lettuce

Have a wonderful Saturday. There are craft fairs in our area today and the weather is great, so I may check them out. :)

Breakfast - just had some cranberry juice and a couple prunes

Lunch - grape tomatoes, snap peas, purple cauliflower, mushrooms, and red bell pepper with some humus dip. Oh, and some grapes.

Dinner - Making bean burritos for the fam., I have a slight sore throat, :cry: , so will probably just have some vegetable soup I made a couple of days ago.

Lunch: Oatmeal with soymilk and fruit, more tea

snack - apples from the bag behind the driver's seat! I was on the road shopping

L - shredded salad, baked butternut squash

S - "egg" rolls

maybe popcorn later?
It IS the food! :unibrow:
