Welcome back! I'm back, too.

Hubby and I went to an album art exhibit - not cover art, but art made with record albums and other experimental/abstract stuff. There was a record listening station and what did I see? Kan by Ege Bamyasi! Thought of you. :D

Yay, Kirk! We are with you!

Once you really take yourself seriously, others will take you seriously. When I was deluding myself that I was McDougalling (at 220+ pounds), I was the posterchild of how "bad" potatoes are for weight loss. Now that I'm down so much, people sort of pay attention, but I realize if they ever take me truly seriously, I have some work to do. First of all, for myself. Secondly, to show we don't need to live on all sorts of pharma products just because of our poor lifestyles.

Keep on keepin' on! We're watching you!

Hey Kirk,

I am really glad that you are back, I have always enjoyed reading your Journal.

Good luck with the potato challenge, you can do it!!!!! And it will be so inexpensive as well. Just remember when the challenge ends to keep doing what you are doing. Many seem to fall off the wagon when that last day of a challenge ends. I am doing 7 wks, but they are not challenges, just small periods of time so I dont look at the BIG picture, even though it isn't that big anymore. :unibrow:

I am looking forward to reading your Journal.
