I used to LOVE bagels and cream cheese. But I haven't had a bagel in over a decade (developed a wheat intolerance) and I haven't touched cream cheese or any dairy in over 6 years. I promise you this: Your taste buds do forget but it can take a few months.

Keep it up and you will get there.

Thanks Adrienne, I do love bagels and cc too! I better stop talking about them. I used to get one, or an egg & cheese breakfast sandwich EVERY day...

Tired today, cold finally on it's way out, less coughing etc. Waiting a few more days till I check BP again after Sundays high reading.

B- oats & berries, coffee & silk
S- banana, apple
L- 12 " veggie sub on ww from subway w/honey mustard, no cheese
S- baked tato w/bbq sauce, hunk of bread
D - 1/2 pita pizza w/mushrooms, onion, tomato, red pepper

Too much bread today!

Got 55 mins of walking in :)

*Edited meals

Day 24

Tired again, cold is never ending and child was up a few times last night. Work is quite busy and stressful but I am feeling ok with it. Just need to get healthy and get more sleep!

Todays plan:

B- oats & berries, coffee w/silk
S- banana
L- edit... Tortilla soup by Wolfgang Puck
S- rice cake
D- soup: potato, mushrooms, carrots, onions, veg broth, soy sauce & corn on cob w/ dash of salt

Hope to get more walking in today... will update later.

Managed to kick the chip habit, but the wine/juice habit is dieing hard, had 1 glass last night....need to just stop. There is a little wine left in the fridge....maybe I will finish it tonight or have DH finish it... at least I always stop at one, and the amount is small... but still... not beneficial for me or my weight loss! :duh:

Look at you! 7 pounds in 3 weeks! Way to go, for sure. Kicking those chips is a great accomplishment. You will feel the strength building from doing that. I'm sure. You will feel cleaner! (Trust me, I know--I had more than one piece of bread yesterday, and I felt liked I was filled with glue last night. I am not going to do that again soon!)

I think every 1-2 weeks I will try and cut something out... like this week has been rice chips... I think it's easier for me that way!

Thanks Boots!

Yesterday went to a friends surprise bridal shower, it was great! The food choices were a little limited, but I managed. I think I have a sinus infection but I have never had one so I am seeing how I feel instead of running to the dr for antibiotics. My face hurts and I am stuffed up. Today feels better though, I used hydrasense a few times and garlic. Seemed to have helped a little.

Yesterdays food:

B- oats & raspberries,coffee w/ silk
L- raw veggies, ww bun, a few crackers
S- soy mocha  half decaf
S- sons pb sandwich
D- ww spaghetti w/ ff tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions

Bad cramps today :\

Day 28

B- oats & raspberries
L- hunk of baguette, pretzels
D- homeade soup - potato, mushroom, onion, carrot, garlic in veg broth, hunk of baguette.
S- mc d brownie

Feel like crud. :( might go to walk in clinic for my sinuses. Ouch.

Did a hydrasense nose irrigation, sinuses already feel way better!

Craving chocolate in a bad way, making brownies (Mary mcdougalls) from a newsletter using low fat vegan choc cake mix & canned pumpkin... Will be done in 10 mins...CANT WAIT!
