Hey Boots thanks for stopping by.Hope you are doing well.Doing a 5K is great.
Day # 28
B-Oatmeal tea
L-Cucumber,corn,potatoe salad like
Got the munchies today.Had 2 pickles,several almond slivers.then went out to eat.An Italian restaurant was chosen.I had plain spagetti,only ate about a 1/4 of it. and asked for chopped onion,basil,garlic powder,chopped onion and chopped tomatoe.all fresh.the spagetti was a little salty,so I feel bloated tonight.& I didn't eat off plan and didn't overeat!

Day # 30!!! I made a whole month on McDougall :-D I'm out of fbs testing strips,will get more tomorrow.

Later after shopping planning on salad bar at Pizza Hut with kids.

Hello. One minor slip today. :roll: Must plan plan plan especiall on long work days when I get tired.Back on plan right away.Didn't let a slip ruin it.

Sun and Mon. Happy 4th of July everyone.

Sundays Meals
B-Oatmeal and chopped fresh tomatoe
L-Veg.Baked beans and tomatoe
D-Salad,boiled potatoes,corn on the cob & fresh home-made pickles.

Mondays Meals
Oatmeal with a fresh peach tea
L-Salad
D-Boiled potatoes, rice mixture and a fresh cooked rutabaga.
by passing cook outs a bqs today.

Had found myself at a cookout yesterday after church.I said to my gs we don't eat like this,so we had water,him lemonaid,and we enjoyed the socializing instead.Stayed a little while went home and ate.It really felt good not to eat like that.

Good job with the BBQ RAS! Your food sounds really good. I can't wait for sweet corn to show up at the Farmer's Market. Should be this weekend (fingers crossed). Have a great 4th!

Hello,this is my 2nd post today,lost the 1st on3 :roll: No weight loss this week.Stayed the same. Most likely too much salt .
11-7 Pauls 2 C. Soup with potatoe and boca burger(using the last of them)
9a-Coffee and dry toast
3pm-Oatmeal with peach
6pm- broccoli,potatoe and beans
