Rosey, I think ww ff sf means whole wheat, fat free and salt free.

Hi KK thanks for answering Rosey's question.They are ok in a pinch,but not as filling as potatoes.But it beats the big cheat.

Day 14 Fbs 143
B- Oatmeal tea
L-Baked potatoe 1 Bsuy day at work limited time to eat.
D- 2 Chic Pea spinach burgers.Brown rice with veggies.water tea.

Day 15.FBS 153 :( Must be the ww flour in the burgers I made,body not ready for the processed stuff,though healthy processed.
B-Oatmeal tea
L-Salad and baked potatoe
D-Mixed veggie and rice combo(BirdsEye)
water and teas.

Good Morning.Day# 16 Fbs 128 ! Weight 162.2 Down 9.2lbs in 16 days.!!! :D :D

B-Tea,oatmeal
L-BirdsEye Brown rice veggie mix.made into a snap meal
D-Same as lunch with maybe a salad....Harvest on Cukes and squash are coming in now,& neighbors are giving me their excess!

Fbs 118!! Yea! Don't know when it has been this low .Feeling great.Day #17 Walked 2 Miles!
B-Oatmeal
L-Snap meal rice,mixed veggies,frozen string beans,and I added 1 can of Progresso Lentil Soup.Yum
D- salad. only as my grandson made a mini loaf of ww bread at 4 H today,and had to try some.Very good.! :nod:

Good Morning. I won't be posting my fbs's for a few days,unless I have a fast longer than a couple of hrs.Back to working odd shifts this weekend.
11p-7a left over salad,tea, 2 nuked potatoes
8am- oatmeal and fresh blueberries.
2pm Couldn't resist just a peek my fbs 112!!!!!! even with working nights.
Left over oatmeal and blueberries
D- Rice lentil snap with corn on the cob and maybe a potatoe.

Today has been a VERY long work day.& I stayed 100%
Pauls 2 Cup soup
Instant oatmeal pkg.with blueberries
Baked Potatoe
Birds Eye rice mix with black beans added
Several Almonds
Tea and water,and large cup of black coffee.

Good Morning Day#23 I am down to 159.8 12.6lbs lost since 6/1
Lost 2.6 lbs this week!
11-7 Oats,blueberries, Snap meal. Off to bed now nothing really planned yet. only sleep :mrgreen:

thanks Kk for the encouraging note.Can't believe 24 days! Yea Me!!11p-7a Tea, and a cucumber with balsamic vinegar.

Kid wanted to eat out tonight....Sooooo Since I am buying I choose :lol: Subway was the safest choice.
Veggie Sub with vinegar and salt/pepper on 9grain ww bread.A treat and it was good.
