Early weigh-in

Postby VeganMan » Fri Dec 15, 2006 9:37 am

Got on the scale last nite, just to check.....178!!! Finally broke the 180 level, I've been stuck for about a month. It really feels great, only 3lbs to my goal now...my senior year football season weight.

Wow, that's great! I'm quite a ways away from my high school weight. The sad thing is, while that (high school weight) is about my goal now, back then I thought I was fat. But really, I think it was a healthy weight for my height and body type.

Good work, VeganMan!

1/2 lb. heavier. But, for me, this time of year that's not bad!

I have also had a break through this week. I was stuck in the 140s for quite a while, but finally got into the 130s - 139 to be exact. One of my immediate goals is to never go over 140 ever again. I am feeling very optimistic about reaching my long term goal of 115.

I am FINALLY back to where I was before my Thanksgiving debacle, and my ticker can come back out of hiding. :-D I hope some day I see the other side of 140, too, Della! The progress I make is very slow, and by the time I get one fire put out, another holiday comes along. :?

My weight stayed the same. I attribute that to too much snacking on non-MWL stuff.

I'm down 1.5 from last week, from 157 to 155.5

I guess my ticker rounded down, I better fix it to round up or I'll be discouraged to reach 155 and find I was already there, LOL.

My mini-goal of being down 10 lbs from my non-pregnant high is close! 1.5 more pounds!
