Food dehydrator recipes

Long time McDougaller here, but I haven’t visited the forums in ages and had forgotten my password so I had to create a new account! I can’t see any way to reset a forgotten password when logging in — did I overlook it?

I have recently bought a food dehydrator to preserve my garden produce (we have limited freezer space) and have also tried dehydrating chickpeas and tofu “jerky” to have on hand for healthy snacks. Does anyone have a favourite food dehydrator recipe they would like to share?

I did not use recipes exactly, but I dehydrated lots of fruit—apples, peaches, etc. My favorites though were pineapple slices. I just used canned ones packed in water and they were spectacularly good, way better than any you can buy. I'm sure the fresh slices would be great too.
