On a whim I got two of these because I do not like sweet potatoes but know they are good for me. Riced cauliflower and sweet potato. Fiber is obviously lower than the whole food but looks easy to eat. Anyone tried them?

I use all the varieties of riced veggies from Green Giant often mixed into a pot of beans or soup or marinara. They lower calorie density and add the green veggie benefits without the color.

Thank you so much. I appreciate that. I make soup a lot so that would be great for me too.
