DH and I were out running errands today, read that gathering groceries. Ethnic markets are so cool. I went into the Middle Eastern store with him today and just wandered. There are some large bulk barrels, one of which had a bulgur and vermicelli mixture. Gee, I could buy just enough for a single recipe, if only I knew how to use it. A quick check online provides no help, as all the recipes start with brown it in this grease or that grease, or even both greases. Sigh. So, anybody know what to do with it? I haven't seen MINNIE here for a while now, I'm sure she could help. Thanks all.
