Here is where you can find directions on sprouting grain to be used in bread and how to make sprouted wheat bread. Not sure if this can be done in a bread machine. Sprouted breads rise quicker than regular breads. So, I would use a setting on your bread machine that didn't use as much time to rise. I make bread in my bread machine all the time and love to make it in the machine.

NOTE: Keep in mind these recipes make 2 loaves of bread and a bread machine only makes 1 loaf of bread.[/url]

Fifteen years or so ago I made sprouted bread a few times but lost the book and forgot how to do it. Thanks for the link.
I can't wait to try it.
