Marla's Colcannon Recipe

I made this a couple days ago. It was excellent! I didn't add any salt at the end, but did use a healthy sprinkling of garlic pepper. Yum ... I have a new favorite to go into regular rotation.

I just looked at the recipe looks yummy, I love potatoes and cabbage.
