Potato Soup

Potato Soup

6 medium potatoes, diced
6 c. water
6 t. chick'nish seasoning
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 T. onion powder
1 bay leaf
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. dill weed
dash paprika
1 T. flour
1/2 c. water

Place potatoes in large pot, add all seasonings. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till potatoes are done.

Remove bay leaf. Take out about 1/3 to 1/2 potatoes and smash up. Return to pot.

Mix the water with the flour and add to soup, stir constatly to thicken.

Enjoy.

Chick'nish seasoning

Your potato soup sounds delish. Wondering if the chick'nish seasoning is one you made yourself, or a prepared product. Thanks.

I got my seasoning from www.healthy-eating.com

Ive seen others use it here, so I thought Id try it. I like it.
