I have been making a mix of apple cidar, balsalmic and red wine vinegar for salad dressing. Now, I read about how apple cidar is the only safe one due to the others being implicated in destroying the good bacteria in our systems.

Any thoughts on this? Hoping it is not true.
Thanks!

I use balsamic vinegar twice a day on my large salads and have not suffered any ill effects. Any input is welcome.

Look closer at your diet and you will see that it is a high protein diet in disguise. I don't see any of their claims backed up by studies.

true! I don't follow that diet, I am a Mcdougaller so I should be fine. I got worried when they said vinegar kills the good bacteria. I heard the same about coffee or caffeine. That was hardest to kick.
