Hyaluronic acid

Where can I get the vegetables that the people in the "Village of Long Life" are eating? They eat a lot of veg, including some sticky starchy root vegetables I've never heard of. They live long, healthy lives, and their skin supposedly looks very young.

Are there any commonly available American vegetables that would do the same thing?

Sorry I missed this post.

Sure, just focus on the locally grown starches in your own neighborhood and country. Cassava/Yucca, Yam, Sweet Potato, Potato, Taro, Boniato, Jerusalem artichoke, Malanga are all great examples.

The benefit of these foods is in the total package and not just one isolated nutrient and the benefit to these areas is their total lifestyle. There is little evidence for HA on its own.
