Jeff,
Can you please help me understand Wheat Germ. Is this something that is a good addition or something that should be minimized? Is it overly processed in a concerning way. Are the vitimans natural or "fortified". Do you have any other thoughts on it?
Thank you. The most common brand near me is Kretschmer. Do you have any concerns or other thoughts?
