Hi Jeff.
Regarding your Basic Burger recipe: Can the burgers be frozen? If so, at what stage (before or after cooking?) Should they "set" in the fridge a few minutes first, or go straight into the freezer? How long can they safely be kept in the freezer?
Thanks,
Sharon

Yes you can freeze the burgers either after cooking them or before. If before, let them set in the fridge for a few minutes first. While it depends, they will keep ~3-6 months in the freezer.
Enjoy!!
