Haven't been here in a while but I'm looking for something on your page.
I believe you had a posting that showed all of the organizations that did controlled studies on carbohydrate intake. Naturally they showed that eating a high carb diet did not raise insulin levels or coral caused diabetes.
I believe these were jama, diabetes associations etc. I believe it had the studies and notes for at least six or more of these organizations. Do u have a link to that?
