Starch and blood sugar

Postby LuckyMomma » Mon Jun 24, 2019 12:43 am

Hi Jeff.

I don’t understand how a person with elevated sugar issues can eat starch. Are blood sugars spikes to be ignored because in the long run, the person would lose weight and blood sugar would most likely normalize?

The problem is not blood sugar spikes, which are just a sign, but the underlying issues which may be include insulin resistance or insulin insufficiency.
