The company that produces Mori Nu, the silken tofu that is often used in FOK's recipes, has changed the ingredients to include soy protein isolate, a harmful ingredient that, when eaten, causes IGF-1 hormone levels to rise. Would you please alert people on the discussion boards or get the word out in any way that would be beneficial? Many WFPB readers use this product frequently in sauces and dressings. Thank you.
