Saturated Fat Confusion

Postby iloveplants » Fri Oct 17, 2014 6:36 am

Dr. Douillard was a guest faculty when I was a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I really enjoyed him and love much of what he promotes. But after reading this article, I'm not so sure about what he's promoting. I know that the whole "saturated fat is healthy" headlines that have been in the media lately is totally misleading. But this latest newsletter has me a bit confused. The studies he shares in this newsletter seem credible. Would appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks very much, Jeff. Looks like Dr. Douillard's opinion is based on the same studies then.
