I think this is the most important thing! I've heard for years about foods that are anti-inflammatory in nature.... only after getting here did I learn what foods were actually causing the inflammation. Dairy, meat, and refined/processed foods are high on the list. more importantly we need to stop putting inflamitory foods in our system like meat, refined foods,preservatives, artifical additive and such.
