Sat, 12th May
Breakfast: Oats, 3 x medjool dates
Snack: medium apple
Lunch: Vegan Indian dining: Rice, chickpeas, peas, potatoes and veggies in vegie sauce, small piece of garlic naan bread
Snack: 2 bananas, small apple
Dinner: Mixed veggies (with beans and corn), 1/2 can chickpeas
Snack: Glass orange juice, glass cranberry juice (went out)
Exercise: 1 hour (mix of jogging, power walking, abs, stretching)
Water: 3 litres
