I may, but I have gotten used to using this one now. I kept telling them it was there and they could not seem to understand. I found it there as well. We will see. I remembered you having problems a while back and having to create a new account. At the time I was having problems I thought wow I wish I have your email to find out what you did. =)

Thanks for stopping by. Seem the first week my weight loss was humming along, last week and this week does not see so much of a humm. =) But today at church about 4 people said to me, "Wow you have lost a lot of weight." So as a friends says "If you feel smaller then the scale will foller!" =)

Thank you sksamboots and Ege Bamyasi. I have been doing this for a while and have never really saw much of a loss. So I have examined what I was doing and am back at it again. I have been vegan for years, but the no fat is something I struggle with. But once I saw Mike you tube I decided to go with it. =) So far it has been great!! Thanks again for visiting.
