Save $$ on a treadmill desk

My Polar V800 watch alerts me when I have been sitting to long. Which I find I do often at my computer. So instead of a treadmill, I started walking in place (stand still when typing) and elevated my keyboard and mouse by turning a garbage pale upside down and placing a flat surface on top the garbage can.
