When Your Friends Ask Where Do You Get Your Protein

Regarding the chart from the Dr. Rose studies, what volume of food is assumed to match up with the amino acid values associated with each food listed? Is it based on eating 2000 calories of each food or a single serving of each food?


I see this article was originally from 2007 but I am grateful for its reposting. I find it a core principle that bears repeating.
